Would you rent an apartment that had cockroaches in it?
 

I looked at an apartment today to rent out I found a Huge fucking can of RAID under the sink lol.
Really fouled me out. Growing up Ive seen a few ants in the summertime and thats no big deal, but cockroaches bother me.

fuck no, fuck that, not even if i had the opportunity to bomb the place before going in..

Roaches are amazing little critters. They are as clean as the environment they are in. Some people raise them to be eaten. :) Some claim that you can make them taste just like shrimp if you feed them right. Roaches also have more protein in them than chicken does. I like roaches. I own Joe?s Apartment on DVD. I do not practice safe sex.

I lived in an apartment with roaches and its not very pleasant... You don't see it during the day but say you want a drink of water in the middle of the night... When you turn the that light on in the kitchen, half of your things will be covered by roaches. Don't take the place. You will never be able to get rid of roaches, no matter how much RAID you use. They produce like bunnies

If you do stay there I would suggest you get an exterminator there right away.

I get one about once a month, not a big deal... Yay for tropical countries.

Seriously, find out what kind of roaches they are. If they are german roaches, they are fairly easy to get rid of with treatments after just a couple of months. If they are asian roaches... heh, you are stuck with them for life.

Were there signs of roaches other than the can? It might be a problem that had already been taken care of and that was just left over.

You'll just be wasting money. The whole block needs to be exterminated not just an appartment for it to work.

If there are roaches in the apartment, then the entire building has them. Get rid of them in your apartment, and they will just come right back from the other apartments.
