Hey Julian, at the moment there isn't a TOS agreement, simply because I am still manually approving webmasters who I know are aware of what is universally allowed and what isn't. For example, pretty much everyone who has signed up I either know personally or have talked to numerous times on ICQ, or were beta testing Bailey early on, and I know that they understand how this works and aren't going to violate my copyrights or violate any TOS agreement that would be in place.

With that said, I think that you pretty much know what is universally accepted and what isn't as far as promotion, so if you want to sign up please do and I will approve you. :thumbsup
