FACT: I was banned for a while for running a VB "exploit" on some dumb broads thread. I deserved it.
FACT: DJ was getting in the shit long before I arrived back.
FACT: Franck fucked up the board and was banned for that.
FACT: Headless left of his own free will. He was just dumb enough to let me get ahold of his password. He WAS banned once but not for anything I had to do with.

You can get away with a lot of shit slinging on GFY. That's even giving advertisers a hard time. There is a point where "free speech" is something else when it comes to accusations that have serious legal ramifications.

Free speech applies to all in the US to speak freely with some stipulations. Don't yell fire in a theater without a fire. Don't threaten a political leader etc. That doesn't mean that GFY, ABC, NBC, AOL etc. has to give you the forum to deliver your message. They all get to make their own rules on what they will allow.
