Can someone explain this to me
 

I made two sales to a program and the stats showed no money for them. I wrote them and their reply is below. Is this correct or are they cheating me? I'm just not familiar with a Pay Per Active program? This might be a stupisd question on my part but it's just bugging me.


It appears you are sending traffic to the "Pay Per Active" program on those joins, we pay out $35 per sale when the trial converts to a full member, if you wish to get the $25 per signup you will need to change your linking codes to that programs codes.

yea you're probably using a NO TRIAL link?

yes. i didn't know when the stats say you made a sale it meant a trial sale. they need to define that better. I also put that link up a year ago and going to change it tomorrow.

what it means is that you don't get paid until the members convert from trial to full memberships. So if they buy a trial membership and cancel before becoming a full member you don't get paid. If the program is only paying $35 per active, take the $25 per trial.

but i still think in your stats it should say a 2 trial sales not just you made 2 sales and 0 money.

what sponsor anyway?
