AFF is the only one I can think of, but I don't like them 'cause I stopped promoting them when they wiped out my first cheque and switched me to PPS, fuck them!! I worked hard, sent tons of 404 traffic even, all kinds of different traffic, was just under the limit and they put my balance down to $0 so haven't thought good of them ever since, they are crooks!!

I use AFF but I don't make much with them...I am looking for other options.

They have nice content to use, and also they payout is high!

cant blame them for that , they only bump your account down if your traffic falied to convert and they make that very clear in the terms ( as does any other ppc sponsor )

Fact is the only way they are going to keep you on ppc is if they are making more than you are, so theres not really any point in it.. if your traffic is good it will do better on pps anyways so they are doing you a favour..

Dont get me wrong , i understand your frustrations , but i think your feelings are misguided.
