I'm trying to quit smoking weed and now it's like I can't eat lol. It's 9PM and i haven't even eaten anything today...this shit is gonna be tough i dunno if i'ma make it....:Oh crap

hot sauce always increases my appetite, maybe that will help?

try doing cardio for about 30 mins each day. it should increase your appetite and reduce your stress. hope this helps.

i already do that. well it isn't exactly full cardio, but i do hella situps and pushups every day...

Hard situation to handle...no hunger usually means you're to bussy to aquire the proper balance in life. I know, I suffer from the same thing.
