curious - have you or do you cheat in your realtionship?

went to the bar tonight - and i was disgusted. sure there were hot girls - but they were drunk, loud and obnouxious. I just played VLTs and several hit on me and i wasn't interested in any of them. I duno what's wrong with me - maybe i'm getting picky

I'm married to my work and I sometimes cheat and do other people's work :(

My feeling is:
Either establish open boundaries with whatever stipulations work for you.

If you are going to stray, call your girls cell and break up first...no matter what time. Betraying someone you once (or still) cared about is a fucked up thing to do to someone's long term psyche.

I'm not sure if what I did is considered as cheating. My first boyfriend never even kissed me in the three years we were together, so when I lost my virginity (to a man who's now my husband) on a Danish strawberry farm, I didn't feel too bad. I realised that kid who I spent three years holding hands with was never my boyfriend :) At least that was my excuse. The only thing I regret that I didn't break up with this boy before it all happened. That was the least I could have done for the guy.

In this relationship I never even think about having sex with other people. In fact, the thought of some random bloke - no matter how good-looking - touching me makes me very uncomfortable, probably because I've never had sex with anyone else than my husband.

Sex itself really isn't such a big deal for me. I can live without sex, but I can't live without love, affection and the feeling of being safe with someone. That's something only my partner can provide me. It's simply not worth risking for the sake of having sex with someone "new and exciting".

I have very little experience on relationships, but I agree with this one 100%

Yeah, I'm the "model", but you probably wouldn't recognize me on the streets even if you saw me as the pics on my tour aren't really the best ones IMO, haha.

I'm Finnish and the hubby is English, hence we lived in the UK for a while.

I dare you to move abroad :) I was saying that all the time untill I actually moved. Before you know it you're married and thinking of having kids, and you realise how safe it is for them in Finland, and how you don't want your daughter to have a baby at the age of 13 *shrugs* But that's just me... I never understood that part of the English "Youth Culture", haha.

Heh, I've lived abroad. I've lived in France and Hawaii, and I've travelled the world extensively. I know what to expect. I'm not gonna move to a 3rd world country like philippines or thailand. :)

I'm disgusted by the finnish taxing and social structure.
- I pay for welfare I never use
- I pay for public healthcare which is a piece of shit. I'm 'forced' to use private docs as the public ones are so incompetent and have 9 months queue.
- I pay outrageous mandatory fees regarding my company and I get like a cent of pension for every euro I pay and so forth.
- The legal system is a fucking joke, my mother's been in court for over 2 years trying to evict a tenant that hasn't paid rent since 2004.

I'm hard pressed to find anything good about finland except the safety regarding crime. + the USD is soon becoming worthless.. so each passing moment I work harder and get less money. I need to move somewhere that USD still holds some value (outside of europe).

Finland's perfect if you're poor/student/not-so-well-off, "unfortunately" I'm the one paying for that fun.

I've planned this thru, and there's really not many reasons to stay. :)

I've never cheated and wouldn't think of cheating, but yeah...if you do, you should respect the person you're with and let her know that its over.

It's not about love, I do love my partner.
It's not about the pain, I was cheated many times, and I know how it hurts.
It's simply about the oppotunity and the biological necessity sometimes.

People can fool themselves all they want but the truth is, biologically we r not monogamous. And I rather cheat and be happy, than to "cheat" on myself and be miserable.

Of course there r exceptions, some partners simply live up to all your needs there r few of those, but if it happens to u, enjoy. Cheat only if u fell the urge for it, not for anger or some crap like that.

That is an awesome question because I have a problem here. My lover flow home 3 months ago to renew his visa. INS reinstated him, The Embassy said with a new i-20 no problem and they turned him down. "As long as he has his new I-20 then we can process the new visa." What a lie! I've called and faxed almost ever since government agency, but no one will listen or knows what to do. I've faxed the white house 10 times, US state department 15 times, Sectary Rice 5 times, The DOJ's office twice. Hilary Clintons office 5 times, peter kings office I went to three times. The embassy 3 times, Bureau of counsel affairs twice.

So it's going on three months now. The dog is looking good, no just kidding. I'm trying real hard to be good, but it's so really hard! Oh we have been together 4 1/2 years.

I started a blog in hopes that someone in the government could see all the double talk and triple talk that we have gone throw. I parked it on myspace because I know there is a lot of law enforcement watching the site.
