She not only hurts the reputation of the people she accuses, but the University as well. AND, by crying wolf she makes it tougher for other women who accuse someone of rape. It's such a tough thing to prove anyway, being that there are usually no witnesses, it's a character match. So if a stripper gets raped by a "nice, upstanding athlete" people will just think "oh, another stripper lying about being raped".

Exactly I am all for justice. However alll these crappy lawsuits based on nothing I think we should be able to get damages from the accuser for wasting our time and money.

Yea it's sad. I don't think she got raped at all. The news had reported that the sperm that was found inside her wasn't from any of the Duke players. She had admitted to having sex with 3 other men and had used a vibrator on her self at the party.
