Does it overwrite the current settings of my blog?

Also, could I have your icq number again?

It won't overwrite your current settings. If your wordpress version is older, there will be new settings you'll want to check out, and of course you'll want to configure ABP to your preferences.

Best bet - back up your config first, just to be safe, anytime to upgrade or modify software :)
