how can forcefully restart my PC from within Windows
 

instead of pressing the 'restart' button can I type whatever command that'll restart the PC and ignore all the "this file has changed would you like to save the changes", "the prgoram is not responding" etc bullshit?????????

Force restart: SHUTDOWN -r -t 01
Force shutdown: SHUTDOWN -s -t 01

Why the 01? Just put in 00 and you won't get the gay faggy error msg screen.
Also you can shutdown -a to abort if that faggy screen ever pops up if you accidently close out a service (though the stability of your OS won't be intact :1orglaugh)
