When I look at this picture, I get a sense of freedom from the opression of societal norms and a feeling of pride for women who who do not have to be ashamed to show the beauty that is the female form and therefore gladly spread and flap their beaver lips in the wind like freedom flags. I see art when I see an artistic concept; if making a nude picture black and white is supposed to be called 'art' then, be it. However, if it comes with the question IS IT art, I guess there is an elaboration about it and therefore a concept. So okay, I can buy that.

I agree that in regards to this a photo of naughty bits it needs more than just being turned b&w to be considered art other than porn - if this was on a hardcore site rather than a nude site - you see the point - in the eyes on a completely objective person it is porn becasue you can see into a vagina
