Do you really not allow 28% of the country to not join your site?

I think I have received a check for every pay period in this history of AMC so far.
One of the easiest programs to convert, ever.

I may have to give it a shot anyway but it just seems strange that conversions are so good when over 1/4 of the country is excluded.
