I've received many personal physical attacks from him and I'm sick of it.

Is http://www.sexfeeder.com supposed to be a joke? There are spelling errors all over it and the design work is horrible.

Here is what happened, in chronological order:

1) SOS was broke ass and needed money, see here
2) I loaned him the money and he agreed he'd make monthly payments until it was paid off, 4 months max.
3) In order for me to be safe, he transfered his domains sexfeeder and juliablue to my name, so I could sell them if he didn't pay me back in time.
4) He agreed it would all be paid back by the end of June
5) Also, during all of this, he said he could have paid me back earlier, but he didn't because I wouldn't loan him money to buy his motorcycle he bought. Sticking with: we agred 4 months max so I have 4 months; So I accpeted it.
6) He said he was going to send a wire on July 4 (still late), and I haven't received it.
7) He said it probably bounced so I should call my bank and ask them why his wire bounced. (even though it worked fine before, and for everyone else)
8) Yesterday I told him I wanted my money now.
9) He told me to shut the fuck up becaucause I'll get my money.
10) I told him I'm going to start looking for buyers.
11) He said if I sell his domains he will personally track me down, and stalk me, and beat my face in.
12) I told him I wanted the money by the end of today or I'll be collecting it some other way. So he should paypal it.
13) He left me with a message saying he'll send the money again when the wire returns back to his account.
14) It's now the end of the day and I haven't even heard from him.

What should I do? Time is ticking...

Bounced wire? Yeah its happened before, but how come they bounce more when funds are owed late... funny how that works.

The proper thing to do (other than pay on time) is to just say you don't have the money, and work something out.

Depends how much he owes you. If it's a lot, I'm not sure what you should do. If it's a little, might as well get some money for the domains you now own.

1.) the loan was for 4900, and im paying him back 5750 for a 4 month loan.. I've ALREADY paid him back 4 grand... if i was gonna scam him would i have done it for the entire amount and not just the 1750 remaining ( 850 which of is just interest i am paying him )

2.) I offered to pay him the 1750 remaining immediately with paypal a week ago, but he said he wanted wire, so i said i would send a wire then...

3.) this isn't the first time a wire has fucked up with him, and when it did... i sent him a money order with a tracking number

4.) even though it is HIS bank that is denying the wire - i told him i would still pay him interest at the same rate of the loan till he gets it.. and as soon as the 1750 that his bank denied hits back into my bank account - ill do just that.


I'm sure most of you can gather that i am not a scammer (cept the idiots like baddog and aaron)... so look for drama elsewhere.

I've had bank problems for the last 2 months, wires don't come, bounce, etc

I don't know why, after all we're talking about solid financial institutions but they do fuck up more often than expected.

So maybe that's really a misfortunate event, not a scam.
