I think you can write those funds off. You can prove those funds went out by the 1099's.

This is why we need MORE affiliate programs.

Um to answer your question... No there is no need to 1099 your webmasters, hell dont even bother telling the IRS about your income either... since its all online.

This is the reason I warn people constantly about knowing who you do business with.
Any idiot with $750 and a content CD can open an affiliate program.

But do you really want to send traffic to someone who can't afford a CPA?
