high traffic sites - what 'hosting feature' is most important?
 

just curious*, for high traffic webmasters (5Mb/s and up) what's the most important feature a hosting co. can provide? ie "control panels", icq support, backups, anythin - don't restrict yourself to these examples tho.

ps: i'm not counting "low price". ;)

what do you expect in terms of customer service? fast e-mail support or is phone support an absolute requirement? (competency is a given, of course. :))
