What's the best blog software out there to let users create blogs?
 

In other words, I don't want to have my own blog. I want to allow users on my domain to create blogs. What's the best software out there to get? Help would be appreciated.

Rick, you should be able to do this with WordPress. It is open source and you should be able to allow surfers to create a blog on a separate sub-domain.

Most decent programmers can do it for you.
