I dunno why people even fuck with Macs

macs are great for "lifestyle" applications. The ads are geared towards people that want to post pics/vid of their family vacations without having to learn much.

Ya, I fuckin hate those commercials, they make it seem like setting up a pc

takes hours, NO, it only takes a few minutes..

I've liked them. I guess they are good for people in the art.

I'd like to pound my foot up the ass of the marketing team who thought up those commericals. They're biased bullshit, especially the one implying that Macs are made for connecting with cameras and printers and PCs aren't.

I've had Macs give me more trouble hooking up an HP printer than a PC, as well as some USB devices.

hahaha they are somewhat cute tho...

but it doesnt take that long to setup a PC and it doesnt get that many viruses.....

I have 7 g4 macs in my office all running os 9, used macs since the early 90s. But the new os 10 is a peice of shit operating system and the end of macs in my life. I am slowly replacing all our macs with Dells ;) L8r mac :321GFY

i actually like the commercials even though i think they wildly misinform about PCs ability.

Expensive "lifestyle" machine. Aren't there machines for that specific purpose that's much cheaperthan using a Mac? Anyways anyone to lazy or stupid to learn about operating a computer just needs to get a MSNTV if they want to surf the net.

I use my mac as a paperweight.

they did get the kid from dodgeball, waiting, and the breakup movies....that had to cost some $$$

the new Mac Books are priced inline with PC's.

My father knows cobol, fortran etc... and has been working on task/industry specific computers for longer than PC's have existed. He is not great with uploading, resizing pics, anything to do with video or even surfing safely. He currently uses a PC but once the next gen macbook pro's come out he is getting one just so I don't have to keep showing him how to do what to me are extremely simple tasks.

I like Macs but the commercials are lame.
