Dumb question about skim.

If a TGP has "75% skim", does that mean 75% of clicks go to galleries, or to trades?

Typically, skimming means "sending to galleries" so a skimming percentage of 75% would mean 75% chance of getting a gallery, 25% chance of getting a trade.
