Did you incorporate in your home state, Delaware, or another state?

What factor made the decision for you?

The only smart inc. are in Nevada, Texex, etc... states that have no income tax.

If you can do it easily do it in Nevada or Delaware. I did it in my home state since I just have a local firm handle everything for me.

if you don't mind the "resident agent" stuff do it in nevada or delaware....i did it in my home state just for ease
