no offense, but im getting pretty much one way conversation when i try to mail the standard support email for playboycash. 2 emails last 2 weeks.. 0 replies. So who do i contact or ICQ to get something done?

I remember 2 years ago that I was told that Adult/Playboycash points could be redeemed even though they were being discontinued. I never got to redeem mine. Is there anything you can send me?
