Ok so this chick was over the other night and I was taking some random pics of me and my best friend. We all were naked. Her boobs were in some of the pictures but no face. Same with the video. No face shots but you can hear her voice.

Can I use this?

Can we see some samples?

I thought I would ask here first. Maybe someone else has been through this as well. I will definately consult a lawyer.

yea samples please!

Put it this way, if you put someone in a mask and shoot a scene with them... you will require a model release and ID regardless of the audience's ability to tell who it is.

i think further evaluation is required :D
