You've had the suggestion. If they owe you money call them on the telephone. By far the quickest was to get a response from any company with crap support.

Phone number you should call. if support is what after you are..

Maybe see your money you may do, if TOS you have broken not.

then try to contact them by phone. else... you can't do anything else. i hate this company's wont answer questions...

It took me 4 messages in their support area to get a cheque. After that though, they seem to pay properly. Just keep messaging them if you haven't broken the rules and eventually you will get your $$$

Who wants to use a sponsor that doesn't reply to e-mails?

I have a feeling this fellow doesn't have a good grasp on English and wary of calling them.... At least try the phone and if you get your money switch to a better sponsor.
