Does anyone know if it is mandatory to put an actual link to the 2257 page or is the text of the link enough?

ie do you need:

Or is this enough?

you dant have to have a link at all, just have the material on hand so you can supply who ever might ask for it.

DO you need to keep a copy of their drivers liscence or ID...

Actually, it is "required" to say this as the link text:
"18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement."
