CCBill sale lost...WTF?

Does this happend to You?:

I got sms about new sale from ccbill so I logged to CCbill and saw one $14.97 sale and one $14.97 .... after 30 seconds I reloaded ccbill stats and sale and rebil were away...no refund, no chargeback simply away...WTF?

ilbb 07-09-2006 10:53 AM

reloaded again and sale is back and rebill not...are there some CCBILL GOBLINS in my stats? :)))

ilbb 07-09-2006 10:55 AM

well I reloaded ccbill stats again and rebill is back too...

there are some CCBILL GOBLINS...don't tell that not :))

chase 07-09-2006 10:55 AM

damn, i didn't know you could get ccbil sms'es (wtf is the plural of SMS? lmao)

Violetta 07-09-2006 10:56 AM

T-10 minutes untill someone from ccbill steps inside and tells you to contact them.

ExtremeBank_Adam 07-09-2006 10:56 AM

Have you ever felt like you just had an entire conversation with yourself?

I've been told that the main stats page is not as reliable as the stats pages where you select dates for specific things (sales per click etc).

Try running another report and see if the transaction is there.

Well I've had webmaster referal sales go missing and never come back. :(

corvette 07-09-2006 11:03 AM

my first though was that it could be data that is one of the reporting slave databases being a bit behind, if you contact client support (per rockatansky) they can check it out...

nope they don't provide that... I did own tool that checks every 30 minutes all my sponsors and send me sms with sales amount...it saves me time

- now it seems all ok...it seems that they have precached stat pages so numbers are not online

Happened to me once. Got a 70$ signup email, checked my stats and it never showed up. Contacted CCBill and got this:

"This account was put into a batch mode as it looks like we did not receive payment. If you look at the subscription 1105267554 you will see that there were no charges applied to the customers account and therefore will not show up in your stats."

They didn't tell me though why I ever got a signup email even though the sale didn't get through... Wouldn't it be logical to let the system send out the signup confirmation after the sale has been really completed?

:question

Actually they fixed that. Atleast with the last 2-3 checks I've got from them.

Hi... happens to me sometimes but sales always reappear.Often happens with sales just before day ends and total rolls to yesterday and is down a couple of sales....then a few minutes later is back where it was. I doubt its a glitch or a problem and I see it as just going through the process.
