Designer In Need Of Work (let's Help Alienq)
 

I met AlienQ a few years back when he was doing work for cybererotic back then he told me he was pulling in $200,000 and traveling to shows with a black belt bodyguard. I figured he was a successful guy but now many years later I see that he's in desperate need of work, so if anybody has any projects they need worked on or any type of design work done please contact AlienQ I hear he is really going thru hard times right now. He's actually an ok guy. Help him out if you can.

Hmm.. ok, I get the feeling there's more history to this - and change my tone to
first look into his history/issues a bit, and then decide whether to help or not.

I guess.. if he deserves some goodwill, he'll get it.

No actually it was meant to help Alien, the man says he's having trouble feeding himself when it comes to eating or not I definitely care man. I don't want to see another human being starve let alone a guy with skills who can do work for other people.

Since you are in no position of judging then perhaps you should not have started this thread. In doing so you are passing positive judgement on a person who has had negative interactions with pretty much everybody he has worked with and even more that he has never done any business with at all.

You are not now and never have been a respected member of the GFY community. So...I must agree with you. Who are you to pass judgement?..but more importantly...Who are you to make a recommendation as well?

If your judgement can not be trusted then neither can your recommendations since they too are based on your judgements.

AlienQ and I have worked together on quite a few projects and everything has always gone super smooth and work has been top notch .

If the mans looking to book work , better jump on it people .. talent just sitting there is never good! Especially with all the hack designers around .
