Is it the same as 'unlimited' or no rebills?

it means UNLIMITED rebills definitely. CCBILL addressed this on GFY a couple of years ago.

if it's pps, they don't pay on rebills, therefore it would say zero...If you see a program with zero rebills, it probably means that they aren't paying rebills.

Yes, thats what I mean too. But as above, Mutt says unlimited, a program owner (who got pissed for just asking) said it meant unlimited.
This is too confusing, maybe best is to contact or get an answer from ccbill directly.

email ccbill but definitely when u set up a revshare program in CCBILL's admin it tells you to set it to zero if you want to give affiliates unlimited rebills.
