Hello all!
Just thought I'd do a "quickie" intro here. Been reading everything on this board for awhile now and decided I might as well sign up cause I'm sure I'm going to need advice in the days ahead.
I'm one of those poor "fight to survive" web graphic developers going broke trying to compete for work. Took a wrong turn early on in my web career by mastering Paint Shop Pro and I do have one of the best tutorial sites on the net for it. Why was this a wrong turn? Well.. try to get a job in the market for Psp! They all want Photoshop. My Psp is almost as good as that though ;)
Well... tired of trying to fight to make a living at it online, so decided to try another direction! You guessed it, the same as every other webmaster, porn! Going to "get rich quick" at it... LOL
I've built what I consider a fairly nice template and smothered it with affiliate ads. Did the big no-no with Adwords for two days... (Just testing the waters and I didn't loose all my money. I did get 1 sale through Occash!).
Even though I didn't make my money back that I spent on Adwords, I'm convinced with the right direction (motivation and hard work is never a prob here) and a lot of guidance from you folks I can make enough of an income to sustain myself. Sad to admit that one sale beat any one day earnings I've got through my regular site with Adsense!
So... that's my story and I'm stick'n to it!
