Was kind of cool. I had just finished boxing training and in walked Matt Hammel ready to work out. Pretty cool dude. If hes still around I may be rolling with him and the other guys on Tuesday. I'm gonna get hurt. haha

He makes me look skinny as shit. Hes bigger in person than on TV. Of course those guys were mostly cut up for their weight classes on the show.

I like Matt and have a lot of respect for him, he seems like a great guy. He's shaping up to be a beast in the octogon, too.

Yeah, his arms were much bigger though. I'm doing everything I can to cut up, then my goal is to gain about 75lbs of muscle.

My target weight is a solid 350-375lbs. At 7ft tall, I'll wear it well.

Sure wish Matt had been healthy enough to move on during the Ultimate Fighter, I think he could have won it all. Seeing him win the fight one handed standing up, which is not his strength, showed a lot about his heart.

He wouldn't have beat Bisping. He does have alot of potential though. Give him 2-3yrs of solid training and he'll probably be pretty good.
