A little misunderstanding about the first amendment: It's a right you have with respect to the Federal Government, not with respect to anybody's PRIVATE chat board. As I heard it with regards to a similar right: "In order to exercise freedom of the press, first of all you need to have a press." Similarly, if you want to have freedom of speech on a chat board, you have to do what Lens did, start a chat board.
