What to do if someone is stealing your content?
Hey guys, just wondering...what should I do if I see content that I own on sites like bikinibikini dot com? I've contacted them so many times and they refuse to pull down the posts. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated :)

chop balls off!!!!!

Umm, kill them... :2 cents:
|
Fill out a proper DMCA form (read proper), send to offender, send to offenders billlers if need be, to offenders sponsors, offenders host.
One of the above will generally fix it ASAP. |
I would!!!! grrrrrrr
|
dmca as stated above and when they refuse to cooperate, sue the fuck out of them.
|
Inform them that since they don't have copies of the model releases, they have no way of proving the depicted models are of legal age. Then tell them if they don't pay you compensation for loss of livelihood, you'll report them to authorities for "allegedly" having underage content on their site.
Let the fuckers prove otherwise. Extortion rocks! :1orglaugh :1orglaugh |
dmca
and if its really bad give their host a call, some are nice enough to check and will put the account nonactive if its really obvious otherwise just dmca and if they wont reply intention to sue |
Quote:
Record all content (screengrabs, whatever) together with all previous communications, and dump them on a lawyers desk on Monday morning with a brief to sue and add all legal costs to their bill. |
C&D - cease & desist :thumbsup
|
Send an abuse claim to their host.
