$1mill is not much. If you dont have it, and the oppornity is so good, just borrow from a bank. What am I missing?

If you don't have it, it's very hard to just borrow a million dollar.

Think what Kristian was saying that if the opportunity was sane, a no-brainer and presented professionally there is no biggie about raising the finance.

$1 mill dollar value is still money, but eg in some countries it just about buys a house. But.. unless the presentation is there - fat chance.
