Investment opportunity, $1mil+ needed.

If you have over $1m and looking to invest then we have just been offered an amazing opportunity. No time wasters, and NDA will need to be signed and faxed back and all deals contracted by EverSheds.

No details will be given out before an NDA is signed but it is in the same market as MoreNiche currently works in and there is guaranteed x income for first year.

Everyone feel free to bump ;)

scottybuzz 07-07-2006 04:51 AM

no problem bumppppppppp

Egomancer 07-07-2006 04:54 AM

Bump for you and I hope you will get the money, even if I think this is not the right spot to search for an investor. First there are less than 10 people on this forum that have this kind of money and maybe they don;t want to get into this.
At this money you should search for some professional investors from somewhere.

Totally agree :thumbsup

Tho suspect it may not be postive asking on a board - better to deal 1-on-1 with a few prospective partners/investors.

studiocritic 07-07-2006 05:33 PM

Darren,

I'm not the prospective investor, nor would I sign an NDA without knowing the subject matter..

I do, however, have contacts that fit the bill. Before I'd feel comfortable taking it to them, I would need to know a bit more info - nothing specific about the opportunity. Hit me up on ICQ if you want.

Bump. I know the cash is there. I read their payouts ;) Should have given me a better offer for my book though ;)

EdgeXXX 07-07-2006 07:18 PM

Are you prepared to collateralize this loan?

Kristian 07-07-2006 07:19 PM

$1mill is not much. If you dont have it, and the oppornity is so good, just borrow from a bank. What am I missing?

If you don't have it, it's very hard to just borrow a million dollar.

themanager 07-07-2006 07:29 PM

Its just easy if its there.

jimb 07-07-2006 08:39 PM

Think what Kristian was saying that if the opportunity was sane, a no-brainer and presented professionally there is no biggie about raising the finance.

$1 mill dollar value is still money, but eg in some countries it just about buys a house. But.. unless the presentation is there - fat chance.

Kimo 07-08-2006 03:38 AM

goodluck bump

MakingCoin_Fatal 07-08-2006 06:21 AM

polle54 07-08-2006 07:18 AM

I don't think you will find any investor here

you should try the stock market or something like that, they have a lot more capital laying around

Rui 07-08-2006 10:36 AM

the part of "in the same marketing moreniche" should be enough to scare most investors away (no offense, just stating the facts)

Goodluck tho
