Okay. A few weeks ago, I was driving a friends jeep and we hydroplained and hit a gaurd rail. Today he got a letter in the mail saying that the cost for the accident was 2000 dollars. We have 30 days to come up with the money. I need cash quick. Any Ideas on how I can manage this????
