Stick your CSS and JS in external files, design without tables, add some relevant alt tags, title tags for links would help, for headers - use header tags rather than images. i'd also remove the flash menus - go for a more SE friendly solution (CSS). Just for the hell of it, add in some meta tags

then consider offering SEO services
