you need a sms gateway for that, some company offer shared ones. Google for sms gateway in your area or country and youll see, dont be surprised if setup fees are like 1-2k, we had one for yrs for ringtone sites, premium txt msgs etc.
Maybe youre able to get a link of a company who does this on revshare without setup costs. |
