Most of the time you will shit out segments of the tape worm. You'll notice them in your feces (yeah, most people don't look at and play with their feces. I do. Sue me bah) as kind of ligamenty looking, pale white and most of the time very thin (like paper). Often times tapeworms will also cause extreme rectal itching, non stop.

At least I didn't tell you that when I find pieces of undigested corn or peanuts I eat them again, no sense in wasting what can be broken down the next time around I always say.
