EU corporation setup

Any recomendations on where to go to setup a EU corporation preferably in Spain or the Netherlands? Or at least get a legal EU presence.

It depends on what your plans are. There are some differences in corporations located in Spain and in The Netherlands. Spain offers two different types called SL and SA. The SL can be founded cheap and is easy to set up.

Founding a corporation in The Netherlands is more expensive. But there are more corporations which could be interesting for you. As long as the corporation is based in the EU, you can locate it all over Europe. So EU laws allow you to found a limited in the UK and locate it in every other country of the EU. An English limited is the cheapest way to set up a corporation, so maybe thatīs the way to go for you.

Depends where you are actually resident right now, what you want to achieve by having a corp ie - is it going to be a subsidiary of an existing corp in another jurisdiction or an EU presence simply for transaction processing blah blah.

If you can give more info in general terms, there may be a chance of some clues.
