Recommend me hotel reservation software
 

A friend will start a small hotel/cottage thing...He would like to have some kind of online reservation system where ppl can see his 'stock'. When they make a reservation for a period, (and it's the last room for example) this period should be listed as sold out after this reservation...

Anyone knows any good (free/cheap) software for that? So almost like oscommerce, but then with dates and such...he already looked at oscommerce forum, and a reservation system for rooms is not expected te be ready soon...
