thunderbird email help please
 

How do I go about getting both my hotmail gmail email accounts over to thunderbird. each time i connect to gmail it says connection times out after 3 mins.

What bits do I need to put in where

I already set out going server to gmail on the last time i tried is this wrong, oh please please please someone help me.
