Where is the server located?

There used to be a program for that. You enter the url of the site, it gives you where the server is located, has a really nice interface with a world map
It was something like neoblabla...
Anyone knows that ???

visual route is pretty tight, they have working demo's on their site from a couple diff servers around the world
