$296,163,855,435 / $79 = 3,748,900,562 barrels of oil at market value.
For convience sakes, let's say it's 3.75 billion barrels of oil.
Pre war oil production in Iraq was around 2.5 million barrels a day.
Conclusion: If Iraq could produce oil at pre war levels, and the USA was somehow able to ship it directly, with no addded costs, it would still take more than 4 years to "steal" enough oil to cover the costs of war to this date.
