Hey, I would appreciate someone's help.

We have launched a site: roxgirls dot com

The niche is... acutally its just a general hardcore site.

We are new to HC as we are coming from a very specific softcore niche and our general conversion is around 1:300.

I was kind of shocked when spent 3000$ for a banner campaign and received only 10 sales from 80.000 clicks.

Could someone share thoughts:

a) is this is general conversion ratio in the hardcore?
b) is the site missing something? e.g. sucks, not good structure for hc, etc.
