photoshop question?

I have decided to add to what I do and have been spending a bit on ebay recently buying Photoshop books and attempting to master each new tip and effect eventually.

What books or photoshop forums or tutorial do you value most? :thumbsup

I hate tutorials... I always gave up ... in the end, just working shit out myself did the job :)

:) If you're looking for a general book that covers all the basic and some of the midrange stuff you can get the Photoshop Bible. It's not the best book written about photoshop, but it covers enough general stuff to give you a solid footing. Then you learn all the complex stuff by reading online and doing. A lot of photoshop is just messing around with the program.

If you have any questions once you get it, just post them on the forum and I'm sure the photoshop gurus will come to your aid. Good luck and have fun with PS.
