lets come up with some prior art documentation. and blow these guys out of the water. They claim that no-one used pop-unders prior to 2000. Whats next --a patent on charging for subscription content over the web.

A quick search of Google shows several people in 1999 and even 1998 talking about using Javascript Self Blur - isn't that what they're claiming they invented?
