500 - 1000 hits a day to my new website - what hosting plan should i look for
 

the hits wont be eating up bandwidth, i dont have many large pictures and no videos on there, a couple of pages, then the surfer leaves, what hosting should i get?

and if any hosting companies add me to icq i wont use you

I think Dream Host can handle it.. if im not mistaken they offer Terabyte bandwidth / month.. for cheaper price.

I'd recommend the cheapest virtual plan you can find where they will allow you to upgrade, all the way up to dedicated server(s), as you grow.

You could probably use your ISP's hosting for whatever it is that you are doing.
