Guess it's called Shared by Yahoos...

Wonder how long before it gets spammed to hell?

Yeah, there's a link at the bottom were there are no results "Ask people about (search term) at Yahoo! Answers".
I would assume it doesn't show any results until a surfer actually poses a question.
