Because the US media is a tool of the US...it is not to be trusted or believed. The BBC is the only real news anymore, and it's getting questionable.

While nuke war would be really bad, theres a part of me hoping they nuke each other into oblivion. Really, would the world miss them?

I know, theres always a chance for serious worldwide ramifications when nukes get involved. But i think the good outweighs the bad.

We're focused on it now because Pakistan re-allocated a large portion of their military from fighting Al Qaeda to the Indian border.
