How did you EVER decide you wanted to own adult sites?
 

So what made you cross-over? For me, it was serendipitous. After college I started a business submitting website URLs to search engines and "free-for-alls. Two of my first clients owned adult sites. One of them offered me 50% of the revenues generated for any sales I could generate for them.

It's hard to believe now but a lot of top sites then didn't even have referral stats. So we were able to put together some link trades and made out like, well, like fuckin' bandits.

What's your story?

started out with a game site making .001 per impression with the scamhouse commonwealth riddler.... after doing 150,000 impressions and never getting paid a dime, xpics came into town paying 6 cents per click, it was an obvious choice to change, then blew up to 18 cents per click and the rest is history

Man, I was sad to see XPics go back when I was an affiliate.

WTF is "scamhouse commonwealth riddler"?

scamhouse = lamers who never paid, scammed and ran

commonwealth riddler was among the first to run a pay per impression affiliate program... simply display their banner on your site and you earn
a tenth of a penny or some shit per page view

Their site was a contest site of some sorts where i think you won credits for this and that then got to turn them in for some very lame prizes..

Ahhh. Just add them to the big long list.
