I use cobaltweb.com for gallery posting. Reliable company, VERY FAST support, patient and webmaster-friendly.
One of my galleries was listed at TheHun on spot #5, and I did not notice any slow-down.

I've had a domain hosted with cobalt for about 4 months now, never had a problem so far.
