So I'm getting screwed and need your help

I signed up with ask.com to do some pay per click and got shitty conversions so I Canceled three months ago. I even got it confirmed by the support there that it was canceled.

Yet every month since then, they are charging me $300 for PPC that i canceled.

What can I do to these jerk offs.

I'm thinking; reporting them to the BBB and small claims but still every month they are charging me even though I have canceled and now with confirmation three times.

Fricken Disney is the most crooked company I swear.

How did you pay them, if it was over the phone or email. The just call the credit card company. File a claim and get a claim number, then email them the claim number and tell them if they don't refund the money you'll follow through on the chargeback. That usually scares people into doing it, and doesn't affect your card listing anywhere cause you haven't offcially submitted the claim.

double post...

Reporting them to the BSA (Boy Scouts of America) would do as much good.

Why do you let them charge $300 of clicks every month???????

Cancel your CC or dispute every charge with evidence that you are not one of their clients. They will have to refund all the money and take a loss.

Fuck ask.com

mmm was there two of these threads? I could have sworn the reply I typed up went through.

mmm found it:
Contact your credit card company and advise them that you've cancelled the service three months ago.

If you have proof that you cancelled (email or whatnot) you can contact them (ask.com) again and let them know that you'd like a credit on your credit card for 3 months worth of unauthorized charges *attach copy of confirmation* or you will sign an affidavit for your CC to return the charges as per 'confirmation of cancellation document (email or whatever you have)'.
