I am american, i have been to about 20 countries and spent a lot of time traveling europe. france is one of my favorite countries and i have been to every corner of france many times.

americans dont like french? well... hello!? french hate americans and most of europe doesn't have much good to say about the french either.

My least favorite European country...

Americans dislike france because they didn't stood there hypocrite... like a good friend, they told them their mistake.

France is indeed a beautiful country, and the French have always been friendly whenever I visited.

I've only been to the far south east part of France that borders Saarland in Germany.

I have to say it was absolutely gorgeous, the food, wine and chicks weren't bad either...

in my childhood went every summer, and fucking hated it, but if u go somewhere u do get bored and hate it. which is why on the rare occasion i go to america i love all the friendly people there, who actully smile at you in the street!

France is beautiful. I loved the beaches and the mountains. But, it seemed like they have more toll roads than anywhere I've ever been.

I am not a fan of some of the french bullshit but i'd love to visit there someday.

It's like an advert for the French tourist board. No really I love France, but I have one problem, I can't shake off my Yorkshire accent, it makes my French speaking a touch on the clumsy side and the French love finishing off sentences in English, just to prove how multi lingual they are.

Damn I feel thick visiting France, then again I've gotton used to it wherever I go.

I personally dont have any beef with the french and find the US/France rivalry funny as hell. My grandfather who fought in Europe finds it not so funny. Politics aside, they've been dicks to american tourists for decades. Not just recently. They can be dicks if they want as long as they keep exporting cognac.

I would love to visit France...it's a beutiful country. I would not live there however.

One interesting thing I've noticed about living in manila is there are many x-pats from many countries. It seems like all can co-mingle quite well but the french x-pats dont talk to other people, just eachother. Just what Ive noticed so far. I'm sure that's not uniform.
